To characterize the budget revenues and expenditures of the municipalities and regions.

Summary
Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku hospodaření měst (obcí) a krajů a fungování veřejného sektoru. Postihuje základní pravidla hospodaření ve veřejných rozpočtech, jejich zdroje a výdaje. Blíže je pak zaměřen na problematiku hospodaření samosprávných krajů a obcí. Seznamuje s rozpočtovým procesem, rozpočtovými pravidly, specifikuje zdroje těchto rozpočtů a možnosti jejich ovlivňování. V oblasti výdajů je předmět zaměřen na způsoby financování běžných i kapitálových výdajů a organizační formy zajišťování veřejných služeb.
