Teaching methods
Summary
The course extends the knowledge from the basic courses of Finance. It focuses
mainly on the issue of strategic planning, resources of financing and
financial plan, managing of working capital, preparation and evaluation of
investments projects, decision-making about the long-term capital structure,
firm dividend policy, and firm valuation.
