Summary

Capital Marktes A is one of the two-semestral courses. It containes the detailed typology of financial market and its subjects. Next, particular securities are defined according to the Czech tax, including methods of evaluation. That course is completed by the definition and analysis of the primary and secondary market and principles of collective investment.
