Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Aim of the course is to analyze theoretical fundamentals of sport institutions valuation and property valuation. Students should be able to apply given valuation methods, i.e. DCF methods, property methods and methods based on profit analysis. In the case of merges, they will learn how to value synergies.
