The course focuses on achieving basic knowledge of ethics in a business environment. The aim of this course is to get students acquainted with the principals of the ethical behaviour in corporate finance and financial markets and prepare them for the problems they will face in real professional life.

The aim of this course is to get students acquainted with the principals of the ethical behaviour in a business environment.
The students will be able to:
- understand basic ethical standards in entrepreneurship,
- recognize role of law and regulation in business and financial markets,
- define the work of financial institutions from the ethical point of view,
- grasp that business ethics is one of the most important aspects of long-term success.
