Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The subject course Finance is a generalized base subject in the studies of the doctoral field Finance. It is aimed above all on financial decision-making and management on the micro-level (corporations, investment companies, commercial banks etc.) as it includes the basic topics related to finances necessary and essential for this type of study. The subject contents are divided into the following topical regions: I. Principles of Financial Decision-Making II. Corporate Finance III.Capital markets IV. Banking V. International Finance
