The objective is to master the problems of financial management and decision-making, including the methods and applied approaches of both, financial as well as non-financial institutions.

Summary

The objective is to master the problems of financial management and decision-making, including the methods and applied approaches of both, financial as well as non-financial institutions. The contents are especially rich on the problems connected with the financial decision-making, financial analyses, measuring and managing financial performance of firms and sectors, valuations, determination of capital costs, evaluation of investment projects, management of acquisitions and mergers, short-term and long-term financial planning, complex long-term and strategic financial management of firms.
