Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku finančního řízení a rozhodování, včetně metod a aplikovaných přístupů nefinančních a finančních institucí. Obsahem je zejména problematika finančního rozhodování, měření a řízení finanční výkonnosti firem a odvětví, oceňování podniků, stanovení nákladů kapitálu pro účely hodnocení investičních projektů, oceňování, řízení akvizicí a fúzí, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého finančního plánování a strategického finančního řízení podniků a institucí. Je použito pokročilejších metod analýz v jednotlivých oblastech finančního řízení a rozhodování.
