Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Target of subject is, to student gained basic survey in the area safeness in informative technology. Introduce with actual state safeness in Czech firm. Orientation in the area personal, administrative, object, technical, information system and cryptography encryption. Security information in terms of law. Safeness in computer rush, digital signature, e-commerce, security harrow, backup, antivirus program.

Summary

The course deals with information security. The lecture explains basic concepts of information security and information systems security. On exercises, the student is familiar with the practical tools and techniques of PC security and information system.

Subject syllabus:

1. Informace jako aktivum, pojmy a principy. 2. Příčiny a důvody úniků, ztrát a zneužívání informací. 3. Aktuální stav bezpečnosti v českých firmách. 4. Fyzická bezpečnost, režimová ochrana, HW ochrana, SW ochrana, personální ochrana. 5. Komplexní řešení bezpečnosti. Analýza rizik, bezpečnostní politika, bezpečnostní projekt. 6. Bezpečnostní management. 7. Řešení a hodnocení bezpečnosti externí firmou nebo vlastními silami. 8. Ochrana informací z hlediska práva. 9. Bezpečnost informací a legislativní normy. Utajované skutečnosti. 10. Bezpečnost počítačových sítí. Bezpečnostní funkce a bezpečnostní služby v počítačových sítích. Zabezpečení přenosu dat. 11. Kryptografie. Kryptografické algoritmy. Symetrická a nesymetrická kryptografie. Elektronický podpis. 12. Bezpečnostní prvky v počítačových sítích: bezpečnostní brány, bezpečnostní protokoly, 13. Bezpečnost systému: zálohování, ochrana zdrojů, kontrola integrity, monitorování, antivirová ochrana. 14. Postup při napadení: odhalení průniku, úklid po útočníkovi, obnovení provozu, opatření proti opakování.
