Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications. Ability to clarify and define the problem principles. Describe basic steps of problem's solution. Schedule a complete final application based on solutions requirements with possibility of change and modification.

Summary
The purpose of this subject is mastering of Microsoft Word, especially control of large documents. We will focus as well to on-line Google applications as the future of software distribution and usage.

1. Opakování možností formátování ve Wordu.
2. Využití stylů při formátování dokumentu.
3. Využití stylů v polích Wordu.
4. Tabulky a formuláře.
5. Záhlaví a zápatí dokumentu, využití oddílů.
6. Šablony dokumentů.
7. Správa dlouhých dokumentů - vnořené dokumenty.
8.- 9. Vytvoření databáze v Excelu pro hromadnou korespondenci.
10. Hromadná korespondence Wordu.
11. Automatizace dokumentu pomocí maker.
12.-13. Samostatná práce.
14. Zhodnocení cvičení a zápočet.
