Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- to outline multimedia systems. - to describe process of creation in applied area. - to identify advantages and disadvantages in real application. - to understand fundamentals of audio and imageprocessing - to apply using of multimedia in practise.

Summary

The course familiarises students with the basics of graphics and its role in multimedia systems. Part of the content of the course is therefore also audio processing, respectively dynamic image (video and animation).

Lectures: 1. Multimedia introducing, terms. 2. Creation of multimedia application, phases and aspects. 3. Multimeis processing tools. 4. Processing of text. 5. Digital image. 6. Audio. 7. Video. Lessons: Multimedia application processing in practise (text, audio, image and video).
