Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Present and describe internet page structure. List criteria and rules for internet pages development. Discriminate between static and dynamic internet webs. Constuct web page with HTML and CSS. Create basic internet presentation a place it on Internet. Choose appropriate steps for search engine optimization.

Summary
The aim of the course is basic introduction to web design and web
development. Students will get important information about (X)HTML, CSS,
Javascript and web typography. Wed design is realized with Microsoft SharePoint Designer software.

1. Basic services and protocols on the Internet - protocols, topologies and rules of Internet networks.
2. Creating pages. - basics HTML5.0 and CSS3 - syntax, rules (links, images, paragraphs, block, lists, tables, typography, selector, pseudo-selector, classes, CSS links, etc.)
3. Overview of technologies usable for website creation - static vs. dynamic pages.
4. Rules for creating user interface (UI) and user friendly (UX).
5. Content layout on page - layout and rules of wire model creation - typography and CARP.
6. Responsive web design - methods, characteristics and technological limitations
7. Traffic Analysis, Metrics and Feedback for Search Engine Optimization
8. Content Management System - introduction
