Classify precisely information and communication technologies for increasing the quality of existing information systems. Identify tools that enhance the quality of management processes in enterprises and institutions that support the processing of information in digital form and development of e-business. Compare and describe various models of e-business.

Summary

The course offers a comprehensive overview of current options for effective use of information and communication technology (ICT) in enterprises and other organizations. Students will learn organizational Preparing information system (IS) and ICT, with key applications today: document management and support, ERP enterprise management, application for storing and analyzing data. Attention is also paid to CPM and CRM systems, business development opportunities in ICT (e-business) and information systems security.

Practical management of software product by Microsoft SharePoint Designer, including creating forms and collecting data from them. 2. Practical management of software product BellaDati Trigiman firm that serves decision support for senior management. 3. Development of individual projects.
