Summary

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with information technologies for support of e-business. The course contain fundamental principles of E- Business, e-marketing and business intelligence. Practices are aimed at design of presentations, www pages and understanding executive information systems.

Subject syllabus:

Syllabus of lectures : 1. The principles and opportunities of work on the Internet. Addressing, services , domain system providers . 2. The principles of work with digital documents and of electronic signature. Groupware, document management systems, Workflow. 3. Types of information systems for decision support. DSS , expert systems , neural networks , EIS and business intelligence. 4. Ecommerce and " new economy" . E -business, customer relationship management (CRM ) and its support with information 5. The organizational support of IS . Information manager, preparation of the information strategy of the company , management benefits. 6. Methods of implementation of information system and information technology. Systems integration, outsourcing, Cloud computing 7. Overall concept of information system of the company. Client -server architecture, open systems, provision of external resources information , Minimizing the impact of information technology on humans. Practical part: Creation of individual projects.
