Subject syllabus:

1. Principal terms specification - information systems, technologies, and management. 2. Various types of Information Systems - MIS, DSS, EIS, SIS. 3. Methodological framework. 4. System analysis and design - methods, tools techniques. 5. CASE tools. 6. Planning of IS development, life cycle. 7. Basic analytical methods - interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation study. 8. Formulation of proposals for the system improvement. 9. Practical application.
