- pochopit postavení uživatele v systému zpracování dat, - definovat uživatelské aspekty navrhování projektu IS, - vytvořit jednoduchou databázovou aplikaci v prostředí Microsoft Access, - zpracovat dokonalou prezentaci firmy v programu Microsoft PowerPoint
