Předmět Politika zaměstnanosti prohlubuje znalosti studenta o přímých i nepřímých nástrojích, kterými je z makroekonomického a z mikroekonomického hlediska ovlivňován trh práce. Obsahově postihuje hlavní nástroje pasivní a aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti, které jsou používány ve vyspělých zemích. V části zaměřené na problematiku politiky zaměstnanosti v ČR předmět dává ucelený přehled o realizaci politiky zaměstnanosti v ČR a jejích
regionech.
