Summary

Geneze komparativní ekonomie a vymezení ekonomického systému. Současné a klasické koncepce ekonomického systému. Statistické měření hospodářských cílů. Určení transformačního procesu a komparace transformačních procesů v zemích střední a východní Evropy. Srovnání vývoje makroekonomických ukazatelů vybraných ekonomik v transformačním období a v současnosti - vývoj GDP, inflace, vývoj na trhu práce, fiskální a monetární politika. Vnější hospodářská situace zemí střední a východní Evropy. Vývoj zahraničního obchodu a platební bilance ČR, SR, Polska a Maďarska. Vývoj některých dalších ukazatelů - ukazatel lidského rozvoje, index ekonomické svobody, index spotřebitelské důvěry, "mizery index", index vnímání korupce.

1.The subject of comparative economics -Genesis comparative economics -Economic system and its position in comparative economics -Approaches to defining the economic system - criteria for classification of economic systems 2.Select problems of comparison systems. Methods of economic comparisons . 3.Economic level and methods of its measurement. Social welfare and economic level. Economic level and ultimate targets of economic policy. Economic level and the definition of basic national economic targets. Measuring the economic level. 4.Statistics measuring of economic targets 5.Process of transformation. Transformation strategy. 6.Processes of transformation in Central and Eastern Europe 7.Macroeconomic development of the Czech Republic in International Comparison 8.International comparison of GDP purchasing power parity 9.Real and price convergence of the Czech economy in international comparison 10.Exchange rate development of Central European countries 11.Problems of public finances 12.Actual problems of economic policy, transition economies in relation to EU accession and the preparations for adopting the single currency
