Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

- to define economic policy, targets, tools and institutions - to compare theoretical approaches of economic schools to economic policy - to outline types of economic policy - to apply and assess the impact of economic policy measures on the real economy - to formulate reccomendations for the Czech economic policy based on different theoretical approaches - the course builds on the Economic Policy B and C of the master's degree studies and primarily supplements knowledge from the theoretical courses of the doctoral studies in the field of Economics, especially Economic Policy, Monetary Theory and the Theory of Antitrust Regulation

Theoretical and methodical bases of the theoretical ec. policies. Regulative and system-creative ec. policy. Objectives, tools and carriers of the ec. policy. Ec. policy for decision-making. Creation of a regulative ec. policy. Monetary policy, fiscal policies, external currency and business policy, pension policy. The ec. policy system-creative, its principles, objectives, instruments. Significance of the theoretical ec. policy for practical ec. policy. Theoretical sources of formulating the ec. policy. Evolution and goals of the ec. policies. Conceptual approaches to the ec. policy.

Theoretical and methodological foundations of economic policy. regulatory and system-forming economic policy. Objectives, instruments and economic policy makers. Economic and political decision-making. Information and Economic Policy. Creating a regulatory economic policy, its background. The main components of regulatory economic policy: monetary policy, fiscal policy, external trade and monetary policy, income policy. System-Economic Policy: principles, goals, tools. Importance of theoretical economic policy for applied economic policy. Theoretical sources of economic policy. Development and goals of economic policy. Conceptual approaches to economic policy.
