- Define relationship of decision making to the others component of supervisory process - Summarize development of decision theory - Describe decision making as the support of manager activities - Identification complex decision making - Name rational decision methods - Describe simple decision methods, formally-logical methods - Clarify decision analysis and its principles - Explicate trees of decision and nets - Take advantage and apply of prognostic methods and value analysis

Subject syllabus:

1. Decision-making management processes. 2. Theory determining their development. 3. Formalization decision as support for managerial activities. 4. Complex decision making, basic approaches to their solution. 5. Efficiency complex decision-making processes, the possibility of achievingefficiency. 6. Rational methods of decision making, types, characteristics. 7. Simple methods of decision making. (use of software application support WinQSB) 8. Formally logical methods. 9. Decision analysis, its principles. (use of software support for Trend) 10. Case study the application of decision analysis. 11. Branching decision trees. (use of software application support WinQSB) 12. Decision network case study. 13. Prognostic methods. 14. Value analysis.
