Summary

Project management as the way of management`s complex problem solving with the minimum resources consumption, in the optimal time layout and the compliance of corresponding quality standards. Basic tools and techniques of the project management. The project life cycle structure, organisational forms of the project. Project management success principles.

Subject syllabus:

1) Úloha projektového řízení v současném managementu - Důvody zavádění projektového řízení do praxe 2) Základní filosofie a principy projektového řízení - Definice projektu v pojetí projektového řízení. Rozdíly mezi projektovým a rutinním řízením. Pojetí managementu v intencích projektového řízení 3) Portfolio použití projektového řízení - Portfolio použití profesionálního projektového řízení 4) Organizace projektového řízení v pojetí institucionálním. - Faktory ovlivňující volbu nejvhodnější organizační formy. Společné charakteristické rysy organizačních struktur projektu 5) Organizace projektového řízení v pojetí institucionálním - Charakteristika a podmínky využití základních modelů organizačních struktur. 6) Funkcionální pojetí organizace projektového řízení. - Vnitřní organizace projektu. Struktura projektového cyklu 7) Struktura projektového cyklu - Charakteristika jednotlivých fází projektového cyklu. 8) Typologie metod a nástrojů podporujících projektové řízení. - Nástroje a metody podporující jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu projektu 9) Metody pro iniciaci projektu - Rámec projektu, definice projektových požadavků - Specifikace cílů projektu z hlediska času, nákladů a kvality 10) Metody podporující koncepční fázi projektového cyklu. - Metody pro tvorbu koncepcí projektového řešení problému - Vícekriteriální rozhodování pro volbu koncepce 11) Nástroje a techniky pro návrh projektu - Nástroje pro plánování projektových aktivit - Optimalizace sporu mezi časem, náklady a kvalitou v projektu 12) Techniky pro řízení projektu - Řízení času, nákladů, kvality, rizika 13) Kompletace a likvidace projektu - Dokumentace projektu - Uzavření projektu 14) Lidé a jejich role v projektovém řízení - Lidský faktor projektového řízení - Principy úspěšnosti projektového týmu.
