Summary

Project management as the way of management`s complex problem solving with the minimum resources consumption, in the optimal time layout and the compliance of corresponding quality standards. Basic tools and techniques of the project management. The project life cycle structure, organisational forms of the project. Project management success principles.

The principles and philosophy of project management as a management tool. Basictools and techniques of project management. 1) The role of project management in the current management The basic philosophy and principles of project management. Project definition of the concept of project management. Differences between the project and routine procedure. The concept of management in keeping with project management 2) use of project portfolio management Portfolio use professional project management 3) the project cycle, the structure of the project cycle Characteristics of different stages of the project cycle. Typology of methods and tools that support project management.
