Summary

Project management as the way of management`s complex problem solving with the minimum resources consumption, in the optimal time layout and the compliance of corresponding quality standards. Basic tools and techniques of the project management. The project life cycle structure, organisational forms of the project. Project management success principles.

Answer: 15-20 pages Project contains majority of information about : • Project Start Up and Project Close Out • Project Structures and Time Schedule • Resources and Project Cost and Finance • Project Risks • Performance Measurement • Tools and Techniques (CAUSE-AND-EFFECT diagram, Pareto diagram) • Project Organisation • Communication • etc. If it´s possible project should contain processes (initiation, planning, realisation and closing) and areas according PMBOK.
