Summary

The aim is to absorb methods, techniques and tools of the systems analysis and to apply them in information system design. The learning process is based on the structured analysis method (functional and data approaches) followed by the object oriented paradigm. Information system, system development life cycle, methodology, methods, techniques and tools ot the analysis and design. CASE tools and their categories.

Subject syllabus:

1. Informační systém - definice, typy, kategorie a typy úloh, metodika, metoda, technika a nástroj. 2. Funkční, datový a objektový přístup, účastníci procesu vývoje IS, principy metodik. 3. Životní cyklus vývoje IS, základní etapy vývoje, profil dovedností systémového analytika. 4. Projekt, projektový manažer, projektové řízení, čtyři základní fáze projektového řízení. 5. CASE nástroje pro projektování IS, kategorie CASE a typy nástrojů. 6. Identifikace a výběr projektů, plán informačního systému. 7. Zahájení a plánování projektů, plán projektu. 8. Vyhodnocení proveditelnosti projektu - ekonomická efektivnost. 9. Analýza - určení požadavků na systém, rozhovor, dotazníky, pozorování, studium písemností, JAD, prototypování. 10. Analýza - modelování procesů, DFD, modelování algoritmů. 11. Analýza - konceptuální datové modelování, definování a výběr nejlepší varianty, aktualizace plánu. 12. Návrh - logické datové modelování, návrh formulářů a sestav, návrh dialogů. 13. Návrh programové struktury a architektury distribuce. 14. Zavedení systému - kódování a testování, instalace, dokumentace a školení. 15. Údržba systému. 16. Objektově orientovaná analýza a návrh informačního systému. 17. Případová studie projektování informačního systému. Návrh ekonomické aplikace v prostředí CASE S – Designor
