After completing the course, students should be able to
. define the system concept of any organization and its environment
. explain the nature and importance of addressing organizational problems in the organization
. describe the forms of organizational structures and identify their information needs
. define business processes and apply models and techniques for organizing processes.

Subject syllabus:
1.Theoretical basis. Course study organization theory, basic concepts,
relationship with the organization and management. Organization as an institution, organization system characteristics, organizational behavior, organization and relationship management.
2.System management aspects of socio-economic systems, structures and
systemic characteristics of the organization.
3.Organizational structure, dimension, determinants of organizational structure.
The basic forms of organizational structures, an overview of the basic forms
organizational structures, their advantages and disadvantages.
4.Planning processes in the system management features, links, terms of decomposition. Control processes, types of controls, designing control systems.
5.Organizations like the process, principles, forms and effects of the organization, procedure.
6.Design, project. The project, its characteristics, types of projects. The life cycle of the system. Stage design, design methods. Implementation of the project.
7.Organisational culture, basic concepts, the relationship between culture and organized.
