- Define what this project is - Find differences between the project and routine management - Clarify project portfolio management - Identify parts of the project cycle - To apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects using the software - Comparison of different approaches and ways of dealing with such challenges - Propose solutions arising from the project

Summary

The main part of the course deals with the planning of the project using the software support Microsoft Project 2007/2010 and expansion in its use. The course is also cooperation and linkages with other MS Project software that includes the so-called office suite. Programs will plague the preparation and processing of project documentation, project optimization, processing of reports, presentation of the project - its results and communication within the project team.

The principles and philosophy of project management as a management tool. Basictools and techniques of project management. 1) The role of project management in the current management The basic philosophy and principles of project management. Project definition of the concept of project management. Differences between the project and routine procedure.
