Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
• To characterize the evolution stages of strategic management in the context of sm tools
• To identify the role of strategy and strategic decisions as the systemic management tools
• To identify the impact of internal and external factors on the organizational success
• To discuss the systemic essence and application possibilities of strategic management methods and tools in the strategic process context
• To integrate the methods and tools in a practical problem solving
• To critical assess the gained results

Students will be introduced to the system approach, to the solution of
strategic problems, utilization of basic methods and techniques for the
preparation of strategic decision-making .
