- Define what this project is - Find differences between the project and routine management - Clarify project portfolio management - Identify parts of the project cycle - To apply theoretical knowledge to practical projects using the software - Comparison of different approaches and ways of dealing with such challenges - Propose solutions arising from the project

Summary

The main part of the course deals with the planning of the project using the software support Microsoft Project 2007/2010 and expansion in its use. The course is also cooperation and linkages with other MS Project software that includes the so-called office suite. Programs will plague the preparation and processing of project documentation, project optimization, processing of reports, presentation of the project - its results and communication within the project team.

Subject syllabus:

Software support for each phase of the project: (logframer, MS Visio, MS Project, Projektove.cz, ARM, Primavera, etc.) 1. Project management - definition of basic concepts, standards, standardization, certification (IPMA, PMI, PRINCE) 2. Definition of other terms, relationships, problem definition, goals, proposal and choice of suitable solution. 3. Life cycle of the project, phase of the project. 4. Project strategy, SMART goals, three-dimensional, logical framework. 5. Project Planning - Time, Budget (MS Project 2016). 6. Project risks and their elimination. 7. Organizational structure, stakeholders, team selection and composition, team roles, teamwork, communication. 8. Checks and changes in the project. 9. Project evaluation and termination. 10. Solving specific projects. 11. Managerial games. 12. Lectures in practice.
