Summary
The subject project management is intended for all interested parties interested in the issue of project management and the application level of project management. It is structured in a logical continuity from the definition of the terminological apparatus and the theoretical basis of project management, which form the basic framework of the presented requirements, to the specific characteristics, attributes and selected methodological procedures applicable in project management. The teaching gradually develops this framework into larger contexts through the definition of the basic processes of project management in the decomposition into groups of processes and knowledge bases intertwined with the life cycle of the project. The application level of project creation is included here, which is methodically implemented by students in planning and managing the project in terms of the set tasks, activities, time frame, Gantt chart, resources and overall budget, including the knowledge base necessary for working in the MS Project application.
