Summary

Decision making as a key to the management activities. Object and basic terms of the conception theory of the decision processes.Model of the elementary decision process structure, characteristics of its phases.Possibilities and conditions of the formalising the decision-making,basic decision-making matrix. Modelling of the decision processes,descriptive and normative models. Typology of the decision processes. Approaches to resolution of complex problems in decision making. Decision methods,their applicability for solving concrete problems from the economic practice.
