Object and basic terms of the conception theory of the decision processes.Model of the elementary decision process structure, characteristics of its phases.Possibilities and conditions of the formalising the decision-making,basic decision-making matrix.

Typology of the decision processes.
Approaches to resolution of complex problems in decision making.
Decision methods,their applicability for solving concrete problems from the economic practice.

Decision-making as a key to control activity. Scope and basic concepts of the theory of decision-making processes.
Model structure of elemental decision-making process, the characteristics of its phases.
Possibilities and conditions formalization of decision-making, the basic decision matrix.
Modelling decision-making processes, descriptive and normative models. Typology of decision-making processes.
Approaches to solve complex problems of decision making. Methods for determining their applicability in solving specific problems of economic practice.
Simple method of deciding monokriteriální a multi-criteria evaluation of alternatives.
Decision analysis as a universal method of deciding a case study. Branched decision making, decision trees and networks.
Forecasting methods. Value engineering. Organizational and information security decision making in management.
