Organisational problems and its solution.Organisational projects and their
relevance for the improvements of the management systems.Organisational
diagnostics,methods and techniques of the organisational diagnostics. Approaches to the design of the organisational structures. A creation of the organisation skeleton,creation of the subsystems and,the determination of their magnitude.Arrangement of the positions in the organisation,both vertical and horizontal,task specialisation.Defining ties in the organisation. Implementation of a proposal for the organisational arrangement.
