Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Organisational problems and its solution.Organisational projects and their relevance for the improvements of the management systems.Organisational diagnostics,methods and techniques of the organisational diagnostics. Approaches to the design of the organisational structures. A creation of the organisation skeleton,creation of the subsystems and,the determination of their magnitude.Arrangement of the positions in the organisation,both vertical and horizontal,task specialisation.Defining ties in the organisation. Implementation of a proposal for the organisational arrangement.

Subject syllabus:

Organizational problems and their solving. Organizational Design and its significance for improving management system. Organizational diagnostics, methods, techniques of organizational diagnostics. Approaches to the designing of organizational structures. Creating of fundament organization, creating of subsystems, determination its size. Determination of organizational positions, vertical and horizontal tasks specialization. Determination of complex processes. Methods and techniques of organizational design. Influence of motivation and stimulation as a secondary means of organizing.
