• To identify the role of strategy and strategic decisions as the systemic management tools. • To identify the impact of internal and external factors on the organizational success. • To classify strategic management systemic tools. • To integrate the methods and tools in the systemic frame of strategic management support.

Summary

System description of the process of strategic management with focus on the process of preparing strategic decisions.System approach to solving the strategic problems.Basic methods and techniques for preparing the strategic decisions.System analysis of the conditions for preparing a strategic decision,its methods and techniques on the business and corporation level. A creation of the strategy variants,a prognosis of their possible consequences. The criteria for evaluation of the strategy variant,an influence of internal and external factors on the feasibility of the strategy implementation.
