• Definovat základní pojmy modelování dynamických systémů • Vysvětlit podstatu a aplikační možnosti dynamického modelování‚ • Aplikovat modelové nástroje v konstrukci, testování a aplikacích dynamických simulačních modelů • Řešit praktické problémy s využitím podnikatelských modelů s využitím SW produktů • Interpretovat a analyzovat získané výsledky

External environment of the business subjects, a need for internal strategic changes. The components, dynamics and management of a strategic change. Projects concerning strategic changes, project cycle phases. Model and computer support of the strategic decision making processes. System of business models. Information, software and hardware, personal and organisational assurance of the creation and applications.
