Summary

1. Introduction (history of fire safety, legal regulations and Technical Standards). 2. Fire safety requirements (basic terms and procedures). 3. Fire protection of buildings (nonindustrial and industrial buildings) . 4. Partition to fire compartments. Dimension of fire compartments (verification). 5. Fire risk (calculation of fire load, fire safety equipments). 6. Requirement for building construction (testing and classification of buildings materials and products, classification of building construction, constructional system of building, fire resistance, fire risk level). 7. Evacuation (basic requirements, types of escape routes, option of escape routes, design of escape routes, equipments on the escape routes. 8. Fire distances (fire risk area, calculation of fire distances). 9. Equipments for fight-fighting intervention (service roads, fire lift, hydrants, fire extinguishers etc.).
