Summary

Předmět prohlubuje znalosti o chování a vlastnostech kovových materiálů vhodných pro mostní konstrukce, o stavu normalizace v oboru ocelových a mostních konstrukcí v Evropě, o problematice a chování jednotlivých typů mostů, o metodách navrhování a posuzování spolehlivosti prvků, spojů a mostních konstrukčních systémů. Podrobně je pozornost věnována zejména otázkám stability, boulení, smykovému ochabnutí, problematice návrhu podle teorie II. řádu, únavě a modelování pomocí MKP. V rámci předmětu se studenti rovněž seznámí s hlavními zásadami optimalizovaného návrhu a konstrukčního řešení progresivních kovových mostů, včetně problematiky výroby, montáže a provozování mostů.
