Summary
Předmět podává základní informace o podmínkách stavebního trhu a ekonomie
stavebnictví, osvětluje klasifikaci stavebních objektů a vazby na způsoby
stanovování nákladů ve stavebnictví a konstrukci výpočtů cen. Osvětluje
způsoby
oceňování projekčních a inženýrských prací a základy oceňování pozemků a
nemovitostí.
