Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The subject provides basic information on conditions in the construction market prices. It informs about the economy and construction methods of pricing and costs in the construction sector. It focuses on the calculation of prices of construction work, costing the purchase of material, costing on engineering activities and rates of machines.

Participation in seminars and tutorials.Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse).
Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Syllabus Exercises:
- orientation of students in the building plans in terms of inventory assessment report
- Clarification of technological principles in relation to the valuation, selection of items
- inclusion of construction work on building components
- breakdown by HSV and PSF
- Valuation of non-standard procedures (R-pol., subcontracting, etc.)
- Familiarity with the financial software "Power Build" from the rts Brno
- Snack budget build specific custom actions for each student
- VRN application according to the conditions of each building
