Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basic principles of the investment processes in the construction of various phases and activities. Students completing this course will gain a comprehensive picture of investment activities, especially from an investor perspective, the engineering organization. They acquired knowledge can then be used as the processing of bachelor's thesis, and in the downstream course investment process.

Summary
The course deals with fundamental aspects of investing through investment projects. Acquaints students with the investment cycle, the individual phases I and processes in them. Emphasis is put especially on the processes of preparation of investment projects.

Continuous tests within the exercise. Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse).
Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
