Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the information systems area, real estate information system, creation of the map and search system for web sites with subsequent use. Integral part in this context also the area of geoinformation technology available from map servers and their use in asset management.

Summary

Students will learn the basics of information systems on the territory, particularly the real estate cadastre information system, national map series and cadastral maps. Knowledge and skills obtained by students completing the course include mastery of the basic issues of real estate ISKN and remote access codes, national map series and thematic maps.

Subject syllabus:

Contents exercises: - Cadastre of the Czech Republic, land of opera, - Information system of surveying and cadastre (ISSC), public administration, - ISSC structure, data base, subsystems, - A general description of the system Land Registry Information System - Geometric plans, - Main Land Registry processes, records the proceedings, - Registration of real rights record and deposit, - Renewal of cadastral, - Technical and organizational security operation, - Import external data and preparation, - Old file exchange format, - Description of data structures and ZBPP ZBVP, file formats for import. The content of programs: - Creation of DKM using RES and surveying drawings, - Information system of cadastre, - Information system JDTM Zlín Region - Raster data Internet data servers, - Geometric plans for marking the easement.
