Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
It is a subject that provides students with basic theoretical knowledge of the pricing problems in the construction industry. Students in this course gain knowledge about all forms of pricing structures and their application to the investment process works.

The course gives basic information about the conditions of the construction market and the economy

Grading and classification, the technical basis for budgeting

Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse).
Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
Basic knowledge of investment processes in the construction and foundation construction technology.
