It is a subject that provides students with basic theoretical knowledge of the pricing problems in the construction industry. Students in this course gain knowledge about all forms of pricing structures and their application to the investment process works.

Summary

The course gives basic information about the conditions of the construction market and the economy construction light on the classification of structures and binding modes determining the cost of construction and design calculation. The course structures are budgeting the following topics:  Introduction to Budgeting  Construction Prices  Legislative and conceptual framework for budgeting and pricing structures  Grading and classification, the technical basis for budgeting  The total construction cost, the calculation works, price indicators  Report and assessment  The budgets of the building  Costing  Evaluation of design and engineering activities  Budgeting Software Support structures

Other requirements

Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher. Basic knowledge of investment processes in the construction and foundation construction technology.

- Introduction to Construction Economics - The second calculation and sorting of construction output - Uniform classification of buildings and works, Classification of building and construction work - Pricelists Construction - Calculating the total cost of construction - The budget cost and build - Pricing, costing formula - Bid prices in construction - Contractual relations in production - Valuation of design work and engineering activities Exercise on topics of practical lectures on specific buildings.
