Students will learn the principles of passportisation objects and spatial implementation of FM system in the company. This part of the implementation of the FM system in the facility a key management procedures. (knowledge, application, evaluation)

The course is to obtain basic knowledge of software support and administration building operations and managing a user of one of CAFM systems.

1st Introduction to graphical environment CAFM system (description of the screen, entering commands, control the toolbars) 2nd Working with the CAD system, CAFM system drawings 3 to 4 Managing areas and spaces 5th - 6 Optimizing of room occupation 7th - 8 Rents management 9th Managing of "inter-migration" 10th Managing facilities and equipment 11th Calculations of costs 12th Planning and processing of work orders 13th Binding CAFM system, web 14th Submitting the tasks
