Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Transversal course provides a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of safety management systems and environmental management with special attention to construction work and environmental protection. Study course is divided into three parts, the first of which focused on "health and safety management system in the company, the second concerns" OSH management system on site "and the third is devoted to" environmental management ".
It emphasized the technical aspects of security management with the use of economic and decision theories and tools for solving decision problems. Providing guidance in new approaches to technology use BM in the life cycle of objects in the context of life cycle cost of buildings, utilities and maintenance of long-term sustainable development investments.

Summary
The first part covers the current state of OSH in CR (OSH legislation, etc.), the OSH management system in a construction company (basic elements, requirements, policies and principles). The second part includes the basic requirements of OSH safety of buildings and construction activities, organization and management of occupational health and safety on site, coordination of work on site, health and safety in carrying out construction activities, health and safety in the use, operation, maintenance and repair of construction machinery, technical equipment and dedicated technical equipment (VTZ), risks associated with construction activities and measures to reduce and minimize, occupational injuries in construction, organization and management on site, the organization of health and safety training and information on staveništi.Třetí section covers various fields of environmental protection - environmental protection, waste management, water protection, air, management of chemical substances, prevention of major accidents.

The basic legislative regulations in safety and health at work (SHW), Labour
Requirements for design, production and pre-construction preparation
The tasks of the participants in terms of construction safety
Eligibility workers for construction work in terms of SHW
Implementation of works (earth excavation, in the heights)
Implementation of works (assembly, iron, concrete, masonry)
Implementation of the works of other
Basic health and safety documentation and safety management
Obligations of employees and employers of occupational accident
Training on legal and other regulations to ensure the health and safety
Fire protection (MBP), expertise in PO
Assessing the impact of buildings on the environment - EIA proceedings
Ensuring the protection of the environment (EMS)
Disposal of waste and to minimize the production, recycling of construction waste.
General content of the lectures is summarized in six themes:
1. Introduction, safety and environmental management
2. SHW I - the basic legislation, the obligations of employers and employees, other requirements SHW
3. SHW II - The tasks of the participants of construction, industrial accidents, occupational health and safety coordinators working on site,
4. Fire Protection (PO), security, property, safety management system (SMS), OHSAS 18001: risk prevention,
5. Environmental management, environmental protection during construction (waste, soil, water, air, nature)
6. Environmental Management Systems (EMS), integrated management system (IMS)
