Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim is to acquaint students with the basic principles of land use plans, town functions in relation to transport and technical infrastructure.

Lectures
Summary
předmět zahrnuje základní principy a činnosti územního plánování. Základem je
získání informací o legislativě v ČR, historii, orgánech územního plánování, o
druzích územně plánovací dokumentace a jejich tvorbě, obsahu a zpracování.
Součástí je rovněž oblast tvorby a vydávání územních rozhodnutí a stavebních
povolení. Studenti jsou seznámeni rovněž se základními principy urbanismu a
obecně technickými požadavky na výstavbu.
