Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Horizontal course to provide comprehensive knowledge about the fundamentals of property management. The principles of keeping records of lacking in technical interventions (modifications, repairs, maintenance) and economic (land use, rent, energy costs), building condition, following the compulsory documentation of actual building construction. The course touches on issues applicable tools to extend the utility and effectiveness of the works in the context of public interest using the facility management.

Summary

It emphasized the technical aspects of asset management with the use of economic and decision theories and tools for solving decision problems. Providing guidance in new approaches to the use of FM technology support activities in terms of directions for use of the building, management of residential buildings, the life cycle of buildings and the subsequent use of external professional services in the performance of real property management in operational, routine maintenance, field construction management, energy inspection. The role of object-oriented facility managers in terms of providing comprehensive management inc. a so-called accessible environment, operation, repairs and maintenance, heating, including appropriate software towards the creation of a FICM etc. The concept of assets and technical requirements to manage property both in the production sector of industrial and agricultural, residential buildings, public administration, health, culture and education, including non-profit organizations. The importance of facility management in the context of life cycle cost of buildings, utilities and maintenance of long-term sustainable development investments.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Lectures: 1.Ekonomical Asset Management Interpretation of the basic concepts of care for the building fund 2.Planning documentation and construction documentation of buildings 3.Project Management and Facility Management 4.BUILDING object and its structure from an economic point of view Acquisition and investment costs for the lifetime of SO Degradation of value over time The life cycle of buildings 5.Maintenance and restoration of buildings. 6. Costing cyclical maintenance and renewal 7.Principles of operation and operation of buildings and structures, equipment, environmental engineering and other technical equipment in buildings Routine management. Troubleshooting. Planned care facilities. Material and technical supply of buyer activity. Personnel activities and skills. Planning for reconstruction. Supply HVAC operation method. 8.Completed building regulations in construction law 9.Quality assessment of buildings and their costs within the life cycle. 10.Tools to extend the benefits of building works. 11. Methods CRM and logistics activities as irreplaceable comprehensive FM 14.The role of technical manager of the org. structure of the FM service provider. exercise: Application of theoretical knowledge from lectures by way of examples, case studies and expert discussions.
