The course covers issues in construction law with European law context defined by the Construction Act and from the related regulations and standards related legislative (law on rail, road, water management, environmental regulations, protection of monuments, etc.). Included are chapters with selected civil and commercial law . - The construction process - the legal standards - European law - Application of European Law - The legal standard CR (Trade Act, the Commercial Code, enter veř.
