Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Get a basic understanding of principles for the design work for residential construction and civil facilities with the function of accommodation. An integral part of orientation is to manage the legislative provisions affecting the building design - general requirements for construction.

Summary
The course deals with the basic general principles of typological
building design, the basic characteristics of dwellings and barrier-free buildings. It includes residential buildings, houses for individual housing construction
for living together, the typological demands of buildings for persons with reduced
mobility. Buildings are discussed in terms of typological, structural, urban and optimal well-being of the environment.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
