Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The Subject introduces students to the various processes involved in the preparation and implementation of investment projects in construction. The course places emphasis on the preparatory phase, where students learn about different forms of documentation. Students will learn during the course of the investment process, its various stages of the investment cycle on documentation, decision-making inputs. They will be familiar with the types of business plans, feasibility studies opportunities, feasibility and feasibility studies.

Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
