Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Includes a set of knowledge of construction economics and management with regard to construction work. It deals with the construction work and those involved in its creation, especially decisions on economic issues, budgeting, financing and economic evaluation of the building. Detailed analyzes and specifies the activities of the main participants of construction project.

Summary

Sectional subject provides students with basic knowledge of construction economics and management in the construction industry with particular reference to the construction work. It emphasized the technical aspect of the construction economy using economic and decision theories and tools for solving decision problems. The importance of the economy and construction management in the construction industry is growing in the context of life-cycle costs of buildings , utility and sustaining long-term , sustainable investments . The course gives basic information about the construction market conditions and legal status of the construction company, including obligations under construction. Particular attention is paid to pre-production and production preparation, planning and management process . It discussed topics of organization and management of construction enterprise. Part of the course is the timetable for building a basic concept of the building operation . Is expected to apply the knowledge already acquired in the subjects of technical, economic and social .
